These are just back from the prototyper- no clean up yet, hence the assorted little bumps here and there. I was amazed. S scale- 1/64. The 2 axle frame is 80 mm front to back, the 3 axle is 100mm. The tough part designing this was trying to guess what detail would show up, how deep to cut into the surface, etc. You have to exaggerate a lot of detail at small scale as the model will be primed and painted, and you need a certain thickness for casting the parts. This completely blew me away. The diamond plate pattern looks great even in the blown up photos, and I never thought the leaf springs would show up like that. The pieces fit together very well.
