Ordering Information
If you would like to purchase miniatures or other products from Fortress Figures, we provide a secure on-line shopping cart for your convenience. You can browse the store, add or remove items from your cart and choose from a number of payment options when you are ready to check out. Accepted payment forms includes VISA, Discover, Master Card and American Express through Linkpoint International and Paypal. You can also complete your purchase on-line and a printable mail-in invoice to include with your check or money-order will be provided for your convenience. When you complete your on-line transaction, you should recieve an automated confirmation e-mail. If you do not recieve confirmation, you should go to the contact page and contact us via phone or e-mail to confirm your order.
Currently we ship just about anywhere. Shipping within the US is a flat $7.00 and usually shipped via UPS. Shipping to Canada is a flat $8.00 and usually shipped via US air mail. Shipping to all others is a flat $10.00 and is shipped via US air mail. Any orders of $100.00 or more recieve free shipping regardless of location.
Most items in the store are made by us in Jonesboro, Indiana USA. We do not stock these items but they are scheduled to be manufactured after you place your order. Since we make the items after you place the order, immediate shipment is not possible. You should allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery of your purchase. On the other hand, orders for these items will never be back-ordered and you can always count on complete fulfillment.
A few items, such as the sculpting putties from PSI, are not made by us but stocked for the convenience of our patrons. These items are clearly marked with how many we have in stock and the cart will not allow a purchase of more of these items than we have in stock. You cannot purchase out of stock items. If you are needing an out of stock item, send us an e-mail and we'll try to speed up the re-stock for you.
